We had earlier reported about the new Mollywood project by Tamil director Perarasu, a sequel to yesteryear's super hit movie 'Samrajyam'. Titled s/o Alexander', the early reports suggested that this will be biggest budgeted action thriller in Mollywood with Prithviraj taking up the role of son of Alexander, the character played by Mammootty in the original. But latest reports suggests that Prithvi has got some issues, including some date problems, which will prevent him from accepting the offer . And this will make the director and his crew to look forward to other options in the case of the lead actor.

The new stories are that Dulquar Salman, the star son of Mammootty is now being beckoned to do the role. If this project happens, the movie will be a rare case in Indian movie history, in which the actual star son taking up the role of the son of the character played by his father, in its sequel.
