Filmfare Awards Announced

The much awaited Filmfare awards for 2007 have been announced. The awards were given away in a star studded grand gala function at Yashraj Studio, Mumbai on February 24th. The list is almost on expected lines with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, A.R. Rahman, and Kareena Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone getting coveted awards. That the films like ‘Chak De India’, ‘Taare Zameen Par’, and ‘Jab We Met’ getting maximum awards too was on expected lines. Darsheel Safary, the boy who has won many hearts in ‘Tare Zameen Par’, has got the Critics' Award for Best Actor.
