Muthyala Ramadasu, the Vice-President of the Film Chamber of Commerce, today said that the Andhra Pradesh government is in favour of accommodating 99% of the suggestions made by Tollywood to deal with the ongoing problems.
The office-bearer today said that the committee that has been constituted to suggest ticket rates has discussed all relevant issues in a comprehensive manner. "The revised ticket rates will be in three slabs. We have discussed the ideal rates at Film Chamber and conveyed the same to the government. The government will declare the final rates soon," he said.
Ramadasu said that Chiranjeevi has been working towards the best solution for the sake of the industry.
There is a hope that the Jaganmohan Reddy government will be making sure that big-budgeted movies have a leeway. Movies whose budget is beyond Rs 100 Cr will have special benefits in terms of hiked ticket rates, it is speculated.
The AP government, earlier today, said that cinema halls can operate at full capacity from tomorrow.
