After KCR reacted saying that Mohan Babu and family must be thankful that T-agitators who tried to attack Manoj, Vishnu and Lakshmi Prasanna, went off without causing much hurt, Mohan Babu pleaded with the Chief Minister K Rosaiah that criminal cases have to be registered against the TRS leader for making unwarranted statements.

Babu and family met the CM in the Secretariat. The veteran actor-producer also asked for a permission to undertake a peace procession in the city on the 24th. He asked the government to provide for security.

He opined that being in a responsible position, KCR should not have made statements like we will cut the tongues of those who say Hyderabad does not belong to Telangana. He also lamented that there was no unity in the film industry.

Later in the day, Rajsekhar and Jeevitha met the actor at his home. Mohan Babu also said that he will back Chiranjeevi and criticize the vandalism that happened at the Varudu shooting spot on Wednesday.
