The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi's Chennai visit yesterday saw an unprecedented black flag protests against him by various parties insisting that the Cauvery Management Board be set up.  It is reported that a group of film directors and assistant directors had boarded the Chennai Metro Rail to go to Alandur to join in the protests.

The cops allegedly stopped them and taking them to the local police station had repeatedly asked a couple of female assistant directors to undress and check for mobile phones.  One of the females had become highly emotional and ended up having fits.
