'Rey' will be released on the 5th February at any cost, says YVS Chowdary who looked rather fed up of his own inability to keep up the announcements of release dates before. Reassuring the last date he annoucned i.e., 5th February as the final date, he said the experience was as exhausting as it was endearing. In an event held in Hyderabad, the teaser and posters of the movie were launched by Naga Babu.

Chowdary, who is also producing the film, said 'Late NTR is my inspiration for making films and Pawan Kalyan helped me particularly in this film, saying he liked the conduct and commitment in me. As I was saying 'action' to Sai Dharam tej, I felt as if I was watching Megastar himself. Especially in the dance and fights segment, he will remind us of the Chiranjeevi of 80's and 90's. Sradhdha Das is doing the lady villain's role int he film'

Naga Babu said 'Only YVS can do such marathon productions these days. Sai Dharam Tej will have a bright future and I am saying this after watching his performance on screen and the pain YVS has taken in carving him'

SDT said 'I am fortunate that YVS is also the producer of the film and he knows where and why he is spending each Rupee. No producer would have spent such money on a debutante hero'

Sradhdha Das, Chandra Bose, Chakri, Kommineni Venkateshwara Rao, Sreedhar Seepana, gautham Raju, Sarath Marar etc have participated int he event.
