The ongoing season 2 of Tami; Bigg Boss reality show is in troubled waters. The FEFSI has raised a protest flag against the show which threatens to affect its prospects.
FEFSI Chairman R.K.Selvamani convened a press meet and listed out the allegations and their plan of action. He said out of the 400 workers employed for Bigg Boss season 2, only 41 which amounts to 10% of total workers are Tamils. Selvamani further noted that the same problem was there for Big Boss season 1 also but the program host Kamal Haasan intervened and ensured that at least 50% of those employed are Tamils. Now the Big Boss show organisers have again defied the rule and hence the 41 FEFSI workers will not take part in the work as a mark of protest.
More shocking statement of Selvamani is that the host Kamal Haasan is also one among the 41 FEFSI members. Asked if Kamal will also abstain from hosting the show in solidarity with the FEFSI protest. Selvamani said he hoped Kamal Haasan will do the same as he has always stood by the side of employees.
The Bigg Boss 2 organizers are yet to respond to the allegations we hope the problem is amicably sorted out and the show loved by crores of Tamil people continues without any hitch.
