Fazil- Madhavan combo in Tamil

Fazil is to direct a Tamil film with Madhavan as hero.
The song recording began in Chennai with Illayaraja. FazilÂs Kathaluku Mariyathai was a big hit but came up with a dud in Kannukul Nilavu .
In Kerala he had a setback with' Life Is beautiful and 'Kaiethum DoorathuÂ. His recent film 'Vismayathimbathu was an average grosser. Earlier he had planned out a film for Suryah but now Madhavan seems to have doled out the dates. Madhavan has just finished work for his bilingual( Malayalam- English) Life in Las Vegas directed by Rajiv Anchal and also the Hindi remake of Nala Damayanthi.
