Gifted actress Fatima Sana Sheikh recently gave two back to back amazing performances in OTT projects. In the Netflix thriller 'Thar', she played the role of a rural Rajasthani housewife while in 'Raat Rani' (a short from Amazon Prime Video's anthalogy series 'Modern Love Mumbai'), she played the role of a happy go lucky girl, who gets over the grief of a romantic betrayal.
Fatima's performance as Laali in 'Raat Rani' is garnering amazing response from fans and naturally, the actress is quite happy and grateful about it. She recently told IANS, "I am very happy to see that the audience is connecting with the character and its even more special because now people are reaching out to me and sharing their stories and telling that Laali has inspired them to cross the flyover and there is nothing more beautiful than a film that connects people and inspires people and I am just humbled by everybody's love."
Fatima will soon be seen playing Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in Vicky Kaushal and Sanya Malhotra starrer biographical drama 'Sam Bahadur'.
