Father kills man who followed daughter into bathroom

It is needless to say that fathers could be very protective about their offspring, be it either the animal kingdom or the human kingdom as well. Such a protective father in Arizona will now be behind bars for actually killing a man who tried to enter his daughter following her into the restroom.
The father has been identified as Melvin Harris III and is charged with second degree murder. The victim Leon Leevon Armstrong had earlier tried to break into the restroom by violently shaking the door. Harris’s daughter later pointed out him to her father after coming out and the father dealt with him in his own way.
After the father fled the scene Armstrong was taken to the hospital where he was announced dead. Reportedly, he has suffered brain swelling, nasal fracture and loss of oxygen. Police stated that the father had continuously stamped, punched and kicked the man. So yeah, while it’s a good thing to be protective of our children, we must also take care to not let things go out of hand.
