Father hacked to death in front of daughter in broad daylight

In a tragic and gruesome news, the father of a college going girl was killed in broad daylight this morning. Kanthan, who has businessses in cable TV operation and real estate was driving his daughter Keerthana to college when this happened.
Reportedly, two unidentified individuals wearing helmet came crashing on the victim’s two wheeler before hacking Kanthan to death in front of his daughter. The girl who tried obstructing the attackers is left with an injury in her hand.
It is said that Kanthan might have professional rivals who might be behind the act. The incident has taken the public by shock and the police has embarked on investigation to identify and nab the culprits in question.
