The Pulwama terror attack has left more than 40 CRPF personnel dead, and more than 45 soldiers injured, and it has been reported that the death toll is increasing, as more bodies are mutilated, making it difficult for doctors and CRPF personnel to estimate and inform people concerned.

Among those dead is CRPF Jawan Ratan Thakur from Bhagalpur, and his father's message after receiving the information of his son's death has inspired people. He has said that he has sacrificed his son for Mother India, and is ready to send his next son as well for the fight and give him up for the nation.

Ratan Thakur's father also added that Pakistan must be given a fitting reply for this brutal and cowardly act. Across India, the families of the slain soldiers and general public are mourning the losses inflicted due to the unexpected terror attack, and it is expected that the government will plan a counter attack to avenge the loss soon.
