Fed up and bored with multi-crore properties, apartments and villas, Hyderabadis are slowly moving towards the outskirts of the city and are opting for a greener life which can hopefully keep them away from COVID and pollution as well. Many of the city residents are driving away from the bustling city center to own homes on agricultural lands.
Hottest locations are Shankarpally, Vikarabad, and Mominpet which are not too far from the heart of the city.
With organic gardens, ready-to-move-in cottages, and pocket-friendly farm plots, price between Rs 3,500 to Rs 4,500 per square yard, these plots are witnessing a steady rise in demand says a lot of developers and real estate builders.
As per a leading daily, Oh Baby actor Teja Sajja also recently bought 2 acres in the city besides a luxurious home in Manikonda. The actor is said to have received an offer where a person was willing to pay double of the price he bought the land for.
Farms, farm lands and farmhouses have become the latest demand in the city and are being sold like hotcakes when available. People have even begun organic farming in these plots as well.
Looks like people are serious about turning green
