Farhan-Deepika starrer Karthik Calling Karthik for 26th Feb

After 'Rock On', one can see Farhan Aktar back on screen with ÂKarthik Calling KarthikÂ. The movie is co-produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan AkhtarÂs Excel Entertainment along with Amit Chandrra and Vijay LalwaniÂs Magic Beans. Farhan plays the title role and beside him the movie has Deepika Padukone, Ram Kapoor and Shefali Shah.
As per the reports, ÂKarthik calling Karthik is a romantic thriller and it tells the story of a lovable loser Karthik, whose life changes with the help of someone who also claims to be Karthik. The movie is said to release on 26th February next year.
ÂKarthik Calling Karthik is written and directed by Vijay Lalwani. The lyrics is penned by Javed Akhtar while the music is done by Shankar-Eshaan-Loy.
This movie would have released along with Amitabh Bachchan-Ben Kingsley starrer ÂTeen PattiÂ. However, the Farhan movie got postponed to the current said date while ÂTeen Patti releases on 12th February 2010.
