Farhan Akhtar take off from 'Wazir' schedule for debutant director

It's no news that Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment is launching director Nitya Mehra with Sidharth Malhotra in lead. Nitya, who is Farhan's protégé and an integral part of Excel Entertainment has been with them for years now. Incidentally, she had assisted Farhan on 'Don 2'. Now news is out that Nitya is getting married soon. And everyone in the company is super excited about her marriage.
Both Farhan and Ritesh are taking time out of their schedules to be there with Nitya on her special day. In fact, they have already told their team to keep some days off in the end of this month as both will be flying down to Delhi to attend the wedding.
Meanwhile Ritesh is busy with the pre production work on 'Rock On 2' which will go on floors this year, Farhan is busy with his shoot for 'Wazir'. Incidentally, Sidharth Malhotra starrer is set to go on floors sometime this year.
