Farhan Akhtar beefing up

Already news was out that Farhan Akhtar for the first time will be essaying the role of a cop in Bejoy Nambiar's forthcoming directorial. Now latest update is that the film required the multi-talented Akhtar to put on good amount of body weight and look plump as his character requires it so.

According to sources, the actor has serious got on to work over his physique and aiming to put on nearly eight kilos.

Earlier, Farhan had put on so much hard work to built a lean body to play the legendary sportsman Milkha Singh in 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'. He was even applauded well for his efforts and his well-toned physique was quite impressive. And now here he is... trying to pile up some mass and have a beef look. Indeed it will be a great transformation to see Farhan in this beefed-up avatar.

Also starring Amitabh Bachchan, the untitled project has Farhan playing an Anti-Terrorist Squad Cop. The film will be going on floors by the end of this year.
