One of the those rare times when things just go the way they should. Fans' request has finally been answered. 20th Century Fox has officially given the go for an 'R' rating for their 'Deadpool' film thereby putting a stop to all speculations whether the 'Merc with a Mouth' will get represented in his true nature.
Ryan Reynolds who plays Wade Wilson/Deadpool took to his Twitter page to further establish that the 'Deadpool' film will indeed have "blood. Guns. F-bombs. And graphic, expertly lit French Unicorn sex".
In order to make the announcement crystal clear, Ryan Reynolds was in his full 'Deadpool' costume in a video especially made for this purpose.
'Deadpool' is being directed by Tim Miller and stars Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool/Wade Wilson, Morena Baccarin as Copycat and T.J. Miller as Weasel. The film's script has been co-written by 'Deadpool' creator Rob Liefeld, Fabian Nicieza, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
The 'R' rating news follows last week`s massive reveal of Ryan Reynolds in the official 'Deadpool' costume. The look has been lauded by fans across all social platforms with many saying the look matches the character`s comic book interpretation. And now, with an "R" rating credit to the film, it is most likely that the 'Deadpool' movie will be a faithful comic book adaptation featuring the character`s dark humor and unnecessary violence.
'Deadpool' is scheduled to screens on February 12, 2016.
