Simbu has been officially announced as a part of the cast for Kamal Haasan's 'Thug Life' directed by Mani Ratnam. The announcement was made through a promo on Wednesday. However, producer Ishari Ganesh has filed a complaint with the producer's council stating that Simbu should not be allowed to act in the movie.
As we all know, there are a few complaints against Simbu in the council over his past projects. The actor was earlier supposed to act in the film 'Corona Kumar' under Ishari Ganesh's Vels Films International. Ishari Ganesh has already complained to the producer's council that Simbu refused to act in 'Corona Kumar' after the agreement was signed.
A red card was issued by the producer's council against Simbu earlier. The complaint said that Simbu should not be allowed to act in 'Thug Life' as he has a red card to his name and an action should be taken against the actor for not acting in 'Corona Kumar'. This has caused a huge stir. The 'Thug Life' team is yet to respond to this controversy. Currently, they are shooting in Delhi.
