Lyca Productions is bankrolling the mega-budgeted action biggie, 'Vidaamuyarchi', starring Ajith Kumar and it's the fifth directorial of Magizh Thirumeni. The film's star-studded casting coup comprises Trisha, Arjun, Aarav and others. Now, a Malayalam actor has joined the project.

We hear that Malayalam actor Maybu George Paul is roped in to play a negative role in 'Vidaamuyarchi'. An official confirmation is needed in this regard. Meanwhile, the shooting has reached the final stages. Reportedly, the filming will be over by next month and we can expect a grand release by April End or in May.

The latest update says that the 'Vidaamuyarchi' shooting was interrupted by bad weather in Azerbaijan. Owing to hardships, the team is considering moving back to Chennai for the climax shoot, which is under discussion. The film promises to be a racy action thriller, featuring high-quality action sequences. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for this movie.
