Thalapathy Vijay is currently rated one of the top Pan-Indian stars in the country. He holds the highest popularity among Indian cinema stars now. Almost every filmmaker out there is eager to direct Vijay. Now, a famous Kannada director has expressed his wish to work with him.

Prem is a critically acclaimed and commercially successful director in Kannada cinema. He has delivered blockbusters with popular actors like Shivarajkumar, Puneeth Rajkumar and Darshan. Now, Prem has teamed up with Dhruv Sarja for his ninth film which is made on a massive budget.

Prem-Dhruv film's title was revealed to be 'KD' and the first look teaser was unveiled after a grand event on Thursday. Speaking at the event, Prem said, "My wife is close friends with Thalapathy Vijay sir. My close friend is Vijay Sethupathi garu. So, I wish to direct them both in the future." This video is now going viral.

KD is set to release in five languages - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. This is Prem’s first pan-India film. On the work front, Vijay is currently shooting for 'Varisu'. He will complete the filming by this month's end and move to 'Thalapathy 67' with Lokesh Kanagaraj after a short break.
