The Bengaluru police have filed an FIR against model and influencer Hitesha Chandranee, who had previously accused a Zomato delivery person of hitting her. This FIR has been filed against Hitesha based on a complaint by the Zomato employee Kamaraj.

Hitesha Chandranee has been accused of wrongful restraint, assault, intentional insult and criminal intimidation. Netizens have been supporting Kamaraj and have welcomed this move of filing a complaint against Hitesha.

Earlier last week, a video of Hitesha alleging being assaulted by Zomato employee Kamaraj over delayed delivery turned viral on social media and this video had Hitesha Chandranee displaying her bleeding nose which she claimed to have been caused by the attack of Zomato delivery person Kamaraj. Following this, delivery person Kamaraj, who was suspended by Zomato, revealed that Hitesha had hit him with a slipper and tried to attack him when she accidentally hurt herself.
