Fake twitter account in the name of comedian Senthil : veteran actor lodges complaint

On social media, bogus accounts in the names of Tamil cinema celebrities are frequently created.It is learned that a mysterious person has started a fake Twitter account in the name of popular comedian Senthil, through which he has posted a defamatory comment against the Chief Minister and against the opening of the Tasmac.
Following this, actor Senthil has lodged a complaint with the Commissioner of Police. In his complaint, Senthil stated that he is in the industry for 40 odd years now. A few miscreants have created a Twitter account in his name which allegedly spoke ill of the Tamil Nadu government and its Chief Minister. In addition to taking action against the miscreants, Senthil requested that the fake account be closed as well.
While addressing reporters, Senthil said that he doesn’t have any presence on any social media platform. He added that through his friends, he came to know of the fake account being operated in is name. "I am someone who minds his own business. Acts of such people causes distress. I have complained to the Cyber Cell and they have assured me that appropriate action would be taken," he stated.
Senthil has worked as a comedian and as a character actor in many films. He is still unrivalled in Tamil cinema by Countdown combo comedies. Senthil has recovered from a recent corona infection. He's about to take on the role of the hero for the first time. Suresh Sangaiya, who directed A Kid's Mercy Petition, will direct the film.
