While veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad's son Anoop’s debut directorial ‘Varane Aavashyamund’ has already emerged as a box office hit, the shoot for his another son Akhil’s maiden film is still progressing. Fahadh Faasil is playing the lead role in the film, which is yet to be titled. Reportedly, the actor will be seen essaying a role that has a huge scope for humour.

Fahadh plays a middle-class Malayali youth who is settled in Mumbai. The story revolves around how Fahadh's character connects a young girl and an older woman who are on their journey to Kerala and then to Goa. The team had already shot for a few portions and Fahadh is expected to join the team soon, after the country comes out of the Coronavirus outbreak.

The movie has three female leads. Renowned author Viji Venkatesh is making her acting debut with this film that also has 'Beyond The Clouds' fame 13-year-old artiste Dhwani Rajesh and Anjana Jayaprakash, who rose to fame with the Tamil-English web series ‘Queen’, are playing the female lead.

Sethu Mannarkad of Full Moon Cinema is producing the yet-to-be-titled movie that has 'Dear Comrade' music director Justin Prabhakar taking care of the music department. 'Ambili' cinematographer Saran Velayudhan is handling the camera department. Besides scripting and directing, Akhil Sathyan is also editing the film.
