Fahadh Faasil, it is known, is going to be the antagonist of 'Pushpa'. The film stars Allu Arjun in the lead and it resumed its shoot earlier this month.

The Mollywood actor has opened up on the Sukumar directorial. The 'Super Deluxe' actor revealed that he is yet to shoot for his portions. He is looking forward to an upcoming schedule.

Faasil will have a larger role in 'Pushpa 2', which will probably hit the screens in 2023.

The Mythri Movie Makers product will complete its shoot by mid-August. To be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada, the film has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. Prakash Raj, Jalapathi Babu, Sunil and Dayanand have pivotal roles. There are rumours that Sunil has got a negative role in the movie.

Faasil, who awaits the release of 'Malik' on Amazon Prime, is also doing 'Vikram'. The Tamil film 'Vikram', starring Kamal Haasan as the hero, has Vijay Sethupathi in an important role. It's a Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial.
