Facebook's sensational move to rival Amazon and Netflix

Social media giant Facebook has already launched Facebook Watch on August 9th 2017 the live streaming service which is providing video on demand for US users with a revenue sharing module of 55 percent to the owner and 45 percent to the company.  It is now revealed that original content is going to be produced for the platform with Mark Zuckerberg pumping in I Billion USD for the same.

It has further been revealed by Deadline that 'Avengers' star Elisabeth Olsen is starring in a 10 part series and many others are in the pipeline.  Looks like Facebook is ready to take on streaming giants Amazon and Netflix both of whom have cemented their place the world over.
