'F2' rocks it on Tuesday, improves tally

'F2' reportedly had a major day on Tuesday, thanks to the 'hit talk' and Sankranthi festival holidays. By adding a distributor share of Rs 5.70 Cr yesterday, the multi-starrer inched towards the Rs 20 Cr mark in the Telugu States. The break-even amount in AP and TS is Rs 28 Cr, which will be achieved by the end of Thursday.
The Venkatesh-Varun Tej comedy has grossed USD 1 million in the US as of the end of Tuesday. The Anil Ravipudi entertainer will get into the USD 1.5 million league this weekend.
The film is turning out to be a major hit for Dil Raju's banner. Given its budget and pre-release business, the film is the real winner this Sankranthi.
Starring also Tamannaah and Mehreen in comical roles, this is a family-comedy is getting new theatres added to its kitty.
