Exhibitors boycott Pyramid Saimira

Tamil Film Exhibitors Association has announced that it would not screen any movies, produced and distributed by Pyramid Saimira.

After a hurriedly convened meeting in Chennai on Thursday, it was decided to boycott all films of Pyramid Saimira, since they have not compensated the loss that they suffered after screening Rajinikanth's 'Kuselan'.

The meeting was presided over by R M Annamalai, president of the association. Even after several pleas, the Pyramid Saimira has not settled the balance to the Tiruchi, Coimbatore and North Arcot distributors.

Until and unless the troubles are sorted out, the association has decided not to screen Arya starrer 'Naan Kadavul', being distributed by Pyramid Saimira and Kavithalaya Productions' 'Thiruvannamalai'.
