Karthi is one of the famous actors in Kollywood who continues to experiment with different genres. His upcoming film 'Sardar' is directed by P.S. Mithran. The film fraternity came to a halt due to the ongoing coronavirus scare and the state government relaxed the restrictions earlier this month. Following this like all the other Tamil production Karthi also resumed the shooting for his film this week.

The latest buss about this movie is that the shooting of this much-awaited flick is taking place in Gokulam cinemas near the sets of Thalapathy Vijay's Beast. According to sources, the team is planning to shoot a stunt scene today which will be choreographed by stunt master Dilip Subbarayan. Karthi is said to have rehearsed for this scene earlier.

The film also has Raashi Khanna and Rajisga Vijayan in lead roles. Karthi on the other hand will be seen in dual roles as father and son. The official motion poster was released last month and received positive reviews from fans. The film is produced by S. Lakshman Kumar under the banner of Prince Pictures.
