Evidence there to prosecute Modi: Rahul Gandhi

"There is now enough evidence to prosecute the PM in the #RafaleScam. The trail of corruption begins & ends with him. That crucial Rafale files incriminating him are now reported “stolen” by the Govt, is destruction of evidence & an obvious coverup." These are the words of Rahul Gandhi, who has once again upped the ante on the Rafale deal. The issue was in the backburner for a few days after the Pulwama carnage and the Balakot airstrikes.
Talking to the press on Thursday, the Congress chief said, "Rafale files disappeared, it was said that an investigation should be conducted against the media because Rafale files disappeared; but the person (referring to Anil Ambani) who was involved in Rs 30,000 crore scam, no investigation against him? On the one hand, you (government) are saying the documents are missing, so this means the documents are genuine and it's clearly written in them that the Prime Minister's Office was carrying out parallel negotiations."
Defending the government, politician Shehzad Jai Hind today hit out at Rahul. "Fact: Rahul Gandhi is on bail whereas Modi has been vindicated on Rafale by the Supreme Court and the CAG! Why does Rahul continue to raise Rafale - what interests are behind the sabotaging a deal that the IAF desperately needs to dominate Pak & China! "corporate interests" have a hand too?"
