Apart from cinema, Dileep is in the search for new avenues for his creativity.
The newest passion of the actor is the planning and managing of colorful events ie. event management. For that, Dileep has formed an event management company with few of his friends. The firm is titled as 'Colorfully yours'.
The other promoters of the group includes cinematographer P Sukumar, Naadirshah, Edavela Baabu, Madhu Warrier and Dileep's brother Anoop.
The firm based on Kochi has already started it's operation by managing an event, that took place last week in the Rajeev Gandhi Indoor Stadium.
