'Evaru', the thriller starring Adivi Sesh, has an interesting coincidence going for it. It is set against the backdrop of Armed forces and is aptly releasing on August 15. The I-Day release was totally unexpected, driven mainly by the unexpected postponement of 'Saaho'. It will clash with Sharwanand's 'Ranarangam'.
Sesh's previous thrillers, 'Kshanam' and 'Goodachari', were commercially successful and critically acclaimed. 'Evaru' sees him in a smart role.
Starring Regina Cassandra as the heroine, the film is a murder mystery. Debutant director Venkat Ramji has cast Naveen Chandra in a key role in this one. "We have shot the film entirely in India," says PVP Cinemas.
With music by Sricharan Pakala, 'Evaru' has cinematography by Vamsi Pachipulusula. Art direction is by Avinash Kolla, while editing is by Garry BH. Dialogues are by Abburi Ravi. Costumes are by Jahnavi Ellore and Sura Reddy, while Sound Effects are by Yathiraj.
