Suriya's 40th film 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan' directed by Pandiraj was wrapped recently and the official statement came from the director himself. The film was named Etharkkum Thunindhavan on the eve of Suriya's birthday along with the first look poster.

Suriya is currently at the top of his career. He gave back to back blockbuster hits with 'Soorarai Pottru' and 'Jai Bhim' as Diwali treat for fans. His next film 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan' is also expected to revolve around a true incident with a strong social message. The final schedule of the film was wrapped recently and Pandiraj made it official.

The film stars Suriya, Vinay Rai and Priyanka Arul Mohan in lead roles, with Sathyaraj, Saranya Ponvannan, Soori and M. S. Bhaskar in supporting roles. The film's music is composed by D. Imman, whilst cinematography was handled by R. Rathnavelu respectively.
