Eros' 'Posto' to have the biggest release for any Bengali film till date, to arrive on 100 screens outside Kolkata too

Eros International Media Ltd, India's leading global company in the Indian film industry, reunited with director duo Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy, makers of two consecutive Bengali super hits..Belaseshe and Praktan..to announce their upcoming Bengali family drama Posto slated to release on May 12, 2017.
Starring Padma Bhushan awardee Soumitra Chatterjee, Lily Chakraborty, Jisshu Sengupta, Mimi Chakraborty, Paran Bandopadhyay among others, Posto (a regular delicacy at any Bengali household), is a contemporary film based on the intricacies of human relationships that centers around a 7-year-old boy. Multi-talented musicians..Anupam Roy, Anindya Chatterjee and Upal Sengupta..have come together to create music for this film.
Anticipating the story of Posto built around modern day parenting and co-parenting will resonate with audiences across the country, Eros is targeting an approximate 100 screen release nationally (outside of Kolkata), including newer markets, a first for any Bengali film. The company also has plans to release the film widely overseas as well.
