'Enthiran 2' producers to revive Kamal Haasan's dream

Today directors are coming up with mega films like Baahubali` but as long as eighteen years ago Ulagayanagan Kamal Haasan dreamt of Maruthanayagam` a 100 crore project (value could be three times today). The trailer of the film proves that he is more than a match for modern filmmakers, but unfortunately the project directed by Kamal himself could not take off due to the gigantic budget.

Now comes the good news that the Enthiran 2` producers Lyca Entertainment and Ayngaran International are going to bankroll Maruthanayagam` and the shooting is likely to begin in mid 2016.
