Aamir Khan starrer 'Forrest Gump' remake 'Laal Singh Chaddha' was finally released this Thursday and the film has garnered polarising reviews from the audience so far. People who dislike Aamir Khan have found reasons to pick on the film while others have loved how the makers managed to adapt an American classic into Indian context.

Indian origin cricketer Monty Panesar who has represented England on international platform, is one of the people who weren't pleased by Aamir's performance in 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. The cricketer recently took to Twitter and slammed Aamir for disrespecting Indian Army and Sikhism thorough his movie.

His tweet read, "Forrest Gump fits in the US Army because the US was recruiting low IQ men to meet requirements for the Vietnam War. This movie is total disgrace to India Armed Forces Indian Army and Sikhs !! Disrespectful. Disgraceful."

Monty also took a jab at 'Forrest Gump' in his next tweet which read, “Aamir plays a moron in Lal Singh Chadda ....... Forrest Gump was a moron too !! Disrespectful. Disgraceful. #BoycottLalSinghChadda #BoycottLaalsingh.”
