End of road for Windows phone

Software giant Microsoft has announced an end to its support to Windows phones 8.1 and other devices running on this OS. Competing with Android has been the biggest challenge for Microsoft, even though when 8.1 OS was announced it was deemed as the biggest comeback from Microsoft to compete with Google`s OS, however the EOS announcement has come as a surprise. It will be interesting to see how Microsoft progresses in the mobile market with only W10 being in the support.
