The makers of 'Murder 2' have proudly declared that their second instalment is not just darker but also far more erotic when compared to the Emraan Hashmi-Mallika Sherawat thriller that had released way back in 2004. While the man of the moment, Emraan, is also party to this declaration, he is also promising that there is a lot more to the film than just the erotic content.

"When were penning down 'Murder 2', we knew that we had to give it all in this one with content that is newer, more shocking than before and very much topical," says Emraan who is reuniting with Bhatts and Mohit Suri yet again after 'Crook' last year.

Even though it is pretty much expected that his leading lady Jacqueline Fernandez would be sizzling on screen as the duo would have quite some intimate moments up there on display for audience, Emraan says that a strong suspense angle would be the mainstay of this film and also the fact that it has been treated as an edgy dramatic thriller.

"When 'Murder' had released, it was one of the most talked about films at that time since it was the first ever commercial Hindi film with such high degree of eroticism. However let's not forget that the film boasted of a brilliant story as well. That has been of utmost consideration in 'Murder 2' as well as it is not just about erotica," he says.
