Come September and one expect to see electrifying clash between two big movies... On one side its Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Ungli’ and other is Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’.

It can be noted that only recently Karan Johar changed the release dates of ‘Ungli’, to 20th September - which in fact is the same day when Shahid’s film hits the screens.

After ‘Kurbaan’, Rensil D'Silva dons the role of director again, who had last written the screenplay of ‘Student Of The Year’. An emotional drama, ‘Ungli’ is written by Milan Zaveri, who had once tweeted, "For all Emraan Hashmi fans who like him massy, wicked, fun n heroic, ull will LOVE him in #Ungli His role is what audiences love him as! :)" The film also has Kangana Ranaut, Sanjay Dutt and Neha Dhupia in lead.

On the other hand, ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ is an out-and-out masala entertainer, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and has Illeana D’Cruz opposite Shahid, while Salman Khan features in cameo role. It can be noted that earlier in Santoshi’s film ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’, the ‘Dabangg’ superstar had also done a special appearance.
