Actor Emraan Hashmi is in a class of his own. He has spent almost two decades in the industry and he has managed to stay away from any kind of controversy or useless Bollywood gossips. He seems to have mastered the art of keeping his public and private lives separate. In an recent interview, he revealed that his work ethics have helped him stay away from the ugly part of the industry 'where people hype others to their faces but also tear them down behind their backs.'

Emraan keeps his distance from the glitz and glamour as soon as he finishes up on the set. He told Hindustan Times, "There are no two ways about it. That is the truth of our industry. But it is not just because of that. I think a person's life should be more than just their profession."

Emraan is currently awaiting the release of his film 'Chehre' and John Abraham starrer gangster drama 'Mumbai Saga'.
