All these months, actor Emraan Hashmi was busy shooting for his upcoming biopic 'Azhar' that is based on the ex-Indian cricket team captain Mohammed Azharuddin. Before the movie could start he and the team had always been in the news for quite some time but nothing much was revealed about the movie. It was just yesterday that, Emraan took to Twitter to reveal his first look. He captioned the pic saying, "Happy 53rd Birthday @mpazhar. If you see the picture, he so much resembles the cricketer from his young day, Emraan shared the image and video on former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin's birthday i.e on Feb 8. The video revolves around cricketer's Azharuddin`s achievements. From being the first player in the world to have hit three consecutive centuries in first three Tests to becoming the only player in the world who has taken 156 catches in One Day International (ODI) Cricket. This video will surely take you back to the time when he ruled as a captain and was also known for his hardwork.

The movie 'Azhar' is directed by Tony D'Souza and it will hit theatres on May 13 this year. The movie also features Nargis Fakhri, Lara Dutta and Prachi Desai in the lead roles.
