'Khaidi No 150' Pre - Release Event (Set-1)Gallery

The pre-release event of 'Khaidi No. 150', held today in Guntur, was graced by the film's cast and crew, besides Dasari Narayana Rao, T Subbirami Reddy and others.

Paruchuri Brothers said, "Us and Chiranjeevi garu entered the industry in 1978. 'Khaidi', which was his 59th film, changed the game. We didn't expect that it would become that iconic. Our father was a farmer. Chiranjeevi garu is a self-made man, which is why we like him a lot. We hope his 150th film will be a great comeback movie. Chiranjeevi garu once told us in private that a family whose eldest son is responsible will go a long way. Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Naga Babu, Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Teja, Niharika are the branches of one tree. His image changed after 'Indra' and 'Tagore'. 'Khaidi No. 150' caters to those fans who like the 'Ammadu Let's Do Kummudu'-stye entertainment as well as the crusading avatar of Chiranjeevi garu. This film questions the system that lets go scot-free those who leave the country after bankrupting the system of Rs. 10,000 cr when farmers are dying to repay a loan of Rs. 10,000." The dialogue writers said that they were very happy to have written for Megastar's 150th movie, and recalled how they had also written for the landmark movies of NTR and Superstar Krishna.

Raghu Babu said, "This movie should play in the theatres for 150 weeks."

I thank him on behalf of all of you for doing a movie. After 'Indra', this is the first time that I want to watch annayya's movie in theatre. Many people have commented that he shouldn't have done a remake. What is wrong with remaking a movie? Rajinikanth garu and annayya have remade each other's movies. Kalyan babu too has done. Further, he took potshots at Ram Gopal Varma without naming him. "There is one 'akku pakshi' who shifted base to Mumbai many years ago. He has stopped making good movies.
