Eminem Makes History with Eleventh No. 1 Album in the U.K.

Known for hardly missing the top spot with his new releases, Eminem has once more grabbed the top position on the U.K. albums chart. His most recent album, *The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce),* debuted at number one, therefore confirming his position in musical history.
With this accomplishment, Eminem joins the elite club since it marks his eleventh No. 1 album in the United Kingdom. He currently carries this record with great performers as U2, Rod Stewart, David Bowie, and Taylor Swift. With her album âThe Tortured Poets Departmentâ Taylor Swift also locked in her eleventh No. 1 earlier this year.
With ten No. 1 albums, Eminem was already linked with legendary performers including Queen, ABBA, and Michael Jackson before *The Death of Slim Shady* was ever released. He is now among the most successful musicians on the U.K. albums list having exceeded them.
Out of all the artists, just six had more No. 1 albums than Eminem and associates. With 15 chart-topping albums, The Beatles lead the field and keep their supremacy in this list.
*The Death of Slim Shady* moved 45,000 equivalent units in its debut week in the United Kingdom, per the Official Charts Company. Two songs starring Big Sean and BabyTron, Houdini and Tobey, introduced the album. While the collaboration Tobey peaked at No. 29, Houdini shot No. 1.
