Eminem is the Rap God. Apart from his mind-boggling speed and rhyming superpowers in songs, there is also a dark side to the singer’s personal life. It’s a well known fact that the singer has battled with alcohol abuse and prescription medication addiction for years.

After a relapse in 2006 and a near death experience due to methadone overdose, the singer decided to go clean and his streak seems pretty badass just like him. Eminem recently took to his social page posting his sobriety coin(representing 10 years) with the caption “Celebrated my 10 years yesterday”.

So yes, he’s been successfully sober for ten years straight. Might be an inspiring moment for those who are trying to quit their addictions as well.
