Elon Musk suggests he might ‘die mysteriously’ after receiving threats

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk caused a stir on social media after talking about his ‘death under mysterious circumstances’ on Twitter. The tweet apparently came hours after an alleged threat to Musk’s life from a Russian official.

“If I die under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowin ya,” Elon Musk wrote on Twitter, days after announcing his decision to buy the social networking platform for $44 billion. A while before that, the billionaire also shared a post which claimed he was involved in “supplying the fascist forces in Ukraine with military communication equipment.” The post added, “And for this, Elon, you will be held accountable like an adult – no matter how much you’ll play the fool.”

The two tweets sparked rumours that Elon Musk might be facing threats from Russia for helping Ukraine during the war. In one of the biggest takeovers in the history of tech world, Elon Musk had recently acquired Twitter for $44 billion with shares valued at $54.20.
