'Ek Villain' gives Sidharth Malhotra sleepless nights

Since the trailer launch of Mohit Suri’s ‘Ek Villain’, Sidharth has got a fantastic response for his look and acting from all quarters. Now that the film is at the brink of its release, Sidharth personally is said to be very nervous. Our sources revealed that he has had sleepless nights for more than two weeks and is anxious. Even though he is physically tired after long promotion schedules Sidharth has been unable to have sound sleep.

Reason being that for the first time audiences will see to the young and handsome actor, who is known for his romantic avatars earlier, in a different and grungy character doing high voltage action in ‘Ek Villain’. And also it’s the first time that the actor will be seen playing such an aggressive character. So it is a big release for Sidharth and hence the nerves.

It can be noted that Sid made his debut with ‘Student of the Year’ and instantly became popular among girls. In his next film, ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ with Parineeti Chopra he gained accolades from all quarters for his performance. However, ‘Ek Villain’ is very different from both of his previous outings. Sidharth has been experimenting with his roles and is a versatile actor. With ‘Ek Villain’ he will be seen pushing the envelope further.

Said Sidharth, "I have received positive reactions from everyone who has seen the film but I am still nervous.''

He further added "It's a big release for me. I have been having sleepless nights thinking of Villaintines Day...
