Just a few weeks after the Kathua rape, an eight year old girl has been raped by two men who also violated her by inserting rods into her private parts. The incident has brought grief and shock to the country.

The two accused are identified as Asif(24) and Bhaiyu(20).  The duo gave the eight year old girl life threatening injuries. The condition of the girl has improved and is expected to be discharged shortly by two weeks.

The incident happened in Mandsaur,Madhya Pradesh. The two criminals had abducted the girl when she was out from school and then given her injuries in neck, face, head and private parts. The two have been arrested by the police and have been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). 

The hospital has began giving the girl solid food while the girl is concious and talking to her parents. The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan has stated that the culprits must be hanged to death and the case be treated in fast track.
