Eeram fame actor Aadhi had last made an appearance on screen in the thriller flick U Turn directed by Pawan Kumar and co-starring Samantha. The actor had last played solo hero in the sleeper hit Maragadha Nanayam directed by debutant ARK Saravanan, and here's an interesting update on his next.

Aadhi has teamed up with debutant director Prithvi Adithya, for an untitled flick which will have him playing an athlete. The movie will reportedly revolve around 400 meter running, and on the challenges the hero faces to win. Director Prithvi had earlier assisted director Elan of Pyaar Prema Kaadhal.

This movie will be produced by Big Print films, and reportedly, Aadhi has underwent intense training to perfect the role of the athlete. The team is planning to begin shoot the sports drama from the first week of June in locations in Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
