Director S.S.Rajamouli has been very happy at the response from the Chinese people for his film 'Eega'.
He said that it was a great feeling for him to see the theatre playing 'Eega' is 75% full and the reactions of the audience were exact the same as in India. " This trip to China reconfirmed my belief that people might be of a different race, culture and language, but their emotions remain the same", he said.
He added that the dubbed version of the film in China will be released by the end of this year, and they temporarily named the film as 'Kung fu housefly'.
The remake rights of 'Eega' were sold in China, and some from French and German are approaching for the rights.
" Meanwhile, Shobu sir was busy trying out different distributors and potential buyers for Baahubali. Of course it is too early to finalise any deals. Eega gave us a slight insight into international markets. Hoping to make some kind of inroads with 'Baahubali' ", Rajamouli said.
