Today actor Ajith Kumar celebrates his 47th birthday. Though the actor always keeps a low profile during his birthdays fans and his industry friends and admirers make sure that Thala Birthday is marked with grand celebrations and a shower of praises on the actor. 

This year, to everyone's surprise Tamil Nadu School Education Minister K.A.Sengottaiyan posted a Tweet wishing Ajith for his birthday. However the senior AIADMK minister later said that the tweet has been carried without his knowledge and it has been since removed. Recently BJP leader H.Raja's Facebook post that was seen as an insult to Dravidian leader Periyar E.V.Ramasamy created a huge controversy and protests by various organisations rocked the state.The next day Raja said the post was carried by his Facebook page admin without his consent. Now Sengottaiyan gives a similar explanation, however one has to see how it convinces the people. 

It must be noted that Ajith is a huge admirer of former Chief Minister and AIADMK's iron leader J.Jayalalitha. He came all the way from Bulgaria to pay his last respects when Jayalalitha passed away in December 2016.
