One of the popular actors and producer Edakallu Chandraseskhar who passed away recently at Canada and his cremation was also held in that subcontinent was remembered at a condolence meeting on Saturday.

At Sringeri Shankara Matha in Malleswaram on Saturday afternoon (10th February 2018) colleagues of Edakallu Chandrasekhar assembled to give floral tribute.

Edakallu Chandrasekhar mother Smt Rathnamma, Dr Srinath, LV Sharada, Jai Jagadish, Dr Sunder Raj, Hema Chaudhary, KS Sridhar, BK Sumithra and others were present at the condolence meeting.

Dr Srinath was very emotional holding the hands of Edakallu Chandrasekhar mother Smt Rathnamma. Dr Sunder Raj went back to his early stages of life. It is because of Chandrasekhar, I came to cinema industry he said. Like God he is up above all and he is not dead according to me stated Sunder Raj. He wanted to make a film with my daughter Meghana but it could not say Sunder Raj.

It was ‘Raga Namana’ from music director Sridhar Sambram and team at Sringeri Shankara Math. Songs of the films of Edakallu Chandrasekhar were part of the condolence meeting.
